There are many reasons to choose a laminated counter top. It is low maintenance, no need to seal or wax. There are a great variety of colours and patterns to choose from. Laminated counter tops are the least expensive counter top surfaces for your home.

When measuring your counter tops it is important to provide the final counter top sizes you need for production.

Measure along the back against the wall, including the backsplash, of each section.  Make sure you measure all the depths of each counter top section.

You will need to add build up to the counter top if the doors, drawers or decorative moulding are very close to the top of your cabinet face. You will not require build up if your doors and drawer are at least 1” from the top of the cabinet.

To clean your laminated counter use mild non-abrasive soap with clean water and dry with a clean towel. Use vinegar to disinfect your counter top. The acetic acid in the vinegar is a good disinfectant, effective against such harmful bugs as E.Coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus.

Bleach is not recommended as it is very corrosive and may damage the surface.
